Refund policy
Each gown is crafted specifically for each bride, according to standard Australian sizing (size chart available on our website). Due to the custom nature of our gowns, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect. We ask that you verify your measurements carefully before finalizing your order. If you wish to change your gown, this can be done prior to the order being confirmed and any difference in price will need to be covered by the customer.
All our gowns undergo a rigorous quality control process to ensure the highest standards of fabric and manufacturing. We strongly recommend trying on your gown as soon as it arrives. If you require any alterations to be made to your gown, please note that alteration costs will be determined by the changes being made. If your measurements change after your order is confirmed, you will be responsible for any additional alteration expenses.
